Sunny skies and crisp winter air welcomed our crew of 18 hikers on Saturday morning as we hiked Sol Fest 2020. We started at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center, hiked almost 5 miles along the beautiful River’s Edge Trail, and finished at the Children’s Museum of Montana. Along the trail we were joined by a group of students from Montana School for the Deaf and the Blind.
At the children’s museum we celebrated our hike with pizza and had the opportunity to meet online with the founders of CorpsTHAT. All together we had over 30 participants!
It was a fantastic day and a wonderful opportunity to support community, inclusion, and Deaf leadership!
And are we done??!….NOPE!…. We still want to meet our goal of raising $1000 for CorpsTHAT. Can you help us?? A donation of $2 per mile for a total of $10 will make a huge difference to support CorpTHAT’s mission!
