Description
ASL for Kids is a 10 week, action packed and fun introduction to American Sign Language for kids ages 5 to 14.
The concepts presented in class will increase awareness and empathy and help kids appreciate differences while learning that everybody has superpowers and ASL can be one of them!
The vocabulary and grammar taught will be practical and inspire kids to include and converse in American Sign Language. These classes are in collaboration with the Children’s Museum of Montana and will involve hands on activities in the museum.
HOW MUCH: Cost for the 10 week class is $40 per student and includes a special 10 week pass to the museum. For museum members the cost is half price! (That comes to just $2 a class!)
